Hamdard National Foundation (India), in its capacity as the sponsoring body of Jamia Hamdard, appointed Mr. Hamid Ahmed, CEO of Hamdard Laboratories India and Secretary of Hamdard National Foundation (India) - HECA, as the Chancellor of Jamia Hamdard, for a period of 5 years. Prof. Iqbal Hasnain was reappointed as Pro Chancellor, Jamia Hamdard.
